Hand painted leather bracelets

This is a soft leather bracelet with several shades of blue, it is wrapped in deer skin thread.

Each bracelet takes several layers of three different kinds of paint.

I have experimented until the bracelets are durable and comfortable.

Hand painted leather bracelets

My new projects--- hand painted leather bracelets. The yellow is a soft elk. The bright colored are suede. Each had a trim of deer skin lace, and metal snaps. I used a combination of paints.

Simple designs are 35$ and colored more complicated are 50$.

Buffalo River painting

We had the opportunity to go back to the Buffalo River this past weekend. It was beautiful; I thought of this painting and decided to post more pictures of it. It is spray paint, enamel, polyurethane, and black oil paint. 3'/4'

I wanted a bright blinding river , large and overwhelming. The spray paint separates when urethane is poured into it. This creates cracks, similar to the landscape of the area. I traced the drips and curves of the layers with black oil paint, giving it depth.
